benriz タイムライン（timeline.benriz.com。以下「本サービス」）は、個人が運営するメモ・日記のアプリです。本サービスでの利用者の情報の扱いを、次のとおり定めます。使うときの決まりは、利用規約に書いています。

1. 取得する情報

Google アカウントでログインしたときに Google から受け取る情報: アカウントの識別子、メールアドレス、名前
利用者が本サービスに書いた内容: メモ・日記の本文とタイトル、ハッシュタグ
作成日時・更新日時、言語とタイムゾーンの設定、最後に画面を開いた日時
有料の利用の契約の状態（月払いか年払いか、次の更新日、解約したか）と、Stripe での顧客の識別子。カードの番号は受け取りません
AI との連携（Claude、ChatGPT）を許可した日時と、最後に使われた日時
AI が書いたメモについて、どの AI が書いたか（AI の名前と、AI が申告したモデル名など）
アクセスしたときの IP アドレス（短時間に大量のアクセスが来たときに制限するために使います。ホスティング先の Cloudflare のログに一定期間残ることがあります）

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は、本サービスを提供し、ログインした本人を確認し、不正な利用を防ぐためだけに使います。

3. Cookie

ログインした状態を保つためだけに Cookie を使います。広告や利用状況の分析のための Cookie は使いません。画面のテーマ（色）の設定は、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存します。

4. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。広告は表示しません。本サービスは次の外部サービスを使っています。

Google: ログイン（本人確認）
Cloudflare: 本サービスの動作環境とデータの保存先
Resend: 利用者へのお知らせメールの送信（送信のために、メールアドレスを渡します）
Stripe: 有料の利用のお支払い（申し込みのときに、メールアドレスを渡します。カードの情報は、利用者が Stripe の画面に入れ、Stripe が預かります）
Anthropic（Claude）・OpenAI（ChatGPT）: 利用者が自分で連携を許可した場合に限り、許可した AI が、メモを読み書きします（削除はできません）。連携は設定画面からいつでも取り消せます。

AI との連携について、次のことを知っておいてください。

AI が読んだメモは、その AI の事業者（Anthropic、OpenAI）に送られます。事業者がそれをどう扱うか（AI の学習に使うかどうかを含みます）は、各事業者の規約と、利用者がその AI サービスで選んでいる設定によります。学習に使われることもあるので、つなぐ前に確かめてください。
連携を取り消しても、それまでに AI が読んだ内容は、事業者の側に残ることがあります。本サービスからは消せません。
運営者は、利用者のメモを AI の学習に使いません。学習のために第三者へ渡すこともしません。
音声入力を使うと、声を文字にする処理は、お使いのブラウザや端末の機能が行います（たとえば Chrome では、音声が Google に送られます）。本サービスは、音声を受け取りも保存もしません。

5. Google から受け取る情報の扱い

Google から受け取る情報は、ログインと本人確認のためだけに使います。その扱いは、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に従います。

6. 運営者によるデータの閲覧

メモ・日記は、保存先（Cloudflare）で暗号化して保存され、通信も暗号化しています。ただし、運営者と本サービスのサーバーは、中身を読める形で扱います（利用者だけが読める形の暗号化ではありません）。運営者は、障害の対応などのために技術的にデータを見ることができますが、必要な場合を除いて見ません。パスワードや API キーなど、漏れると大きな被害につながる情報は、メモに書かないでください。

7. データの書き出しと削除

書いたメモは、設定画面の「データの書き出し」から、いつでもファイルにして保存できます。
設定画面の「退会」を押すと、アカウントと、メモ・ハッシュタグ・AI との連携の記録を、その場ですべて削除します。削除したデータは元に戻せません。有料の利用の契約も止め、Stripe の顧客の情報も削除します（お支払いの記録は、法令や会計のために Stripe に残ります）。
有料の利用を解約したあとは、支払い済みの期間が終わると、無料の利用と同じ扱いになります。無料で利用しているアカウントは、画面を開かない日が90日続くと、アカウントとすべてのデータを削除します。その前に、60日目と85日目ごろに、登録のメールアドレスへお知らせします。ログインして画面を開けば、削除は取りやめになります（AI との連携からの読み書きだけでは、取りやめになりません）。
障害に備えたバックアップには、削除のあとも最大30日間データが残り、そのあと自動で消えます。
画面から操作できないときは、下の問い合わせ先に連絡してください。確認のうえ削除します。

Privacy Policy

benriz Timeline (timeline.benriz.com, the "Service") is a notes and journal app run by an individual. This policy explains how the Service handles your information. The rules for using the Service are in the Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Information we receive from Google when you sign in with your Google account: account ID, email address, and name
What you write in the Service: note and journal text, titles, and hashtags
Creation and update times, your language and time zone settings, and when you last opened the app
The state of your paid plan (monthly or yearly, next renewal date, whether you canceled) and your customer ID at Stripe. We never receive your card number
When you allowed AI connections (Claude, ChatGPT) and when they were last used
For notes written by an AI, which AI wrote them (the AI's name and details it reported, such as the model name)
Your IP address when you access the Service (used to limit bursts of requests; it may remain in the logs of our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for a period of time)

2. How we use it

We use this information only to provide the Service, verify that you are the person signing in, and prevent abuse.

3. Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Your theme (color) setting is stored only on your device.

4. Sharing

We do not share or sell your information to third parties except as required by law. The Service shows no ads. The Service uses these providers:

Google: sign-in (identity verification)
Cloudflare: hosting and data storage
Resend: sending notice emails to you (we pass your email address in order to send them)
Stripe: payments for the paid plan (we pass your email address when you sign up; you enter your card details on Stripe's page, and Stripe keeps them)
Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT): only if you allow the connection yourself, the AI you allowed reads and writes your notes (it can't delete them). You can revoke the connection anytime in Settings.

Please know the following about AI connections.

Notes that an AI reads are sent to the company behind that AI (Anthropic, OpenAI). How that company handles them, including whether it uses them to train AI, depends on its terms and on the settings you chose in that AI service. They may be used for training, so check before you connect.
Even after you revoke a connection, what the AI already read may remain with that company. The Service can't delete it.
The operator does not use your notes to train AI, and does not give them to third parties for training.
If you use voice input, turning your voice into text is done by your browser or device (in Chrome, for example, audio is sent to Google). The Service does not receive or store the audio.

5. Google user data

We use information received from Google only for sign-in and identity verification. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Operator access

Notes are encrypted where they are stored (Cloudflare) and in transit. However, the operator and the Service's servers handle them in a readable form (this is not encryption that only you can read). The operator can technically access data, for example to fix problems, but does not look at it unless necessary. Do not write information that would cause serious harm if leaked, such as passwords or API keys.

7. Exporting and deleting your data

You can save your notes as a file anytime from "Export your data" in Settings.
If you choose "Delete account" in Settings, we delete your account, notes, hashtags, and AI connection records right away. Deleted data can't be restored. We also stop your paid plan and delete your customer record at Stripe (payment records stay at Stripe as required by law and accounting).
After you cancel the paid plan and the period you paid for ends, your account is treated as a free account. If a free account is not opened for 90 days, we delete the account and all of its data. Before that, we email the registered address around day 60 and day 85. Signing in and opening the app cancels the deletion (reading or writing through an AI connection alone does not).
Backups kept for recovery may retain the data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it is removed automatically.
If you can't use the screen, contact us below. We will delete your data after confirming your request.
